The JOY Jam
Hosted by Parkside Church in Waconia serves families living in Waconia and Cologne. The JOY Jam brings the spirit of Christmas directly to homes through the delivery of Christmas gifts, caroling, and holiday cheer. This event is open to Families, singles and seniors that are in need of a little extra cheer and support this holiday season.
Registration:
Families and individuals who would like to participate may complete our Request Form between October 13th - October 28th or until our program is filled. A valid registration is required.
Please note:
Submitting a request does not guarantee participation.
All applications will be reviewed and verified.
Space is limited, and families may be placed on a waitlist if all shopping spots are filled.
An adult must be home to receive the gift; no gifts will be left behind on doorsteps.
A valid email address and phone number are required so we can contact you regarding your request.
Families selected to participate will receive a confirmation email with additional details.

Purchasing a gift for a neighbor
For many of the individuals and families we serve, the gift they receive through this program may be the only Christmas gift they receive this year. Your thoughtful donation can bring joy, hope, and the reminder that someone cares during the holiday season. On behalf of our participants, Thank you.
Gifts for this event are available through the Joy Jam Wishlist on amazon. Gifts are chosen based on the requests of our participants. Please mail or deliver your unwrapped gift to Parkside Church.
Gift Guidelines:
All gifts need to be new and unwrapped
Gifts are available for purchase from the JOY JAM Amazon Wishlist between Nov. 13th - 23rd.
Check the delivery date: When you put an item in your cart check that it will arrive on time. Gifts must arrive at the church by December 6th.

Financial Donations
A gift of just $25 can help sponsor a participant and ensure this program continues to bring hope and joy to local families year after year. Your financial support helps purchase gifts, cover event expenses, and sustain the program for future Christmas seasons.
