20 Years of Love INC of Carver County
ONE Love is Love INC of Carver County’s signature spring gathering and fundraising event—an evening rooted in love, dignity, and community.
This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 20 years of walking alongside local families, and we’re grateful to have you be part of this milestone.
Your presence and your generosity make it possible for families to receive daily living essentials (from cleaning supplies to mattresses) and to be met with care, respect, and real relationships along the way. Because in Carver County, we believe no one should face hardship alone—and help should never come with shame.
A special focus on mothers
With the event near Mother’s day, this year’s ONE Love honors mothers and caregivers, their strength, their resilience, and the support that helps families thrive.
Guests will hear from a mother who navigated single parenthood at a time when Love INC did not yet exist offering a powerful perspective on how far our community has come, and what becomes possible when families are met with dignity instead of doing it alone.
Her story reflects the heart of Love INC’s mission: ensuring that today’s mothers and generations to come have access to connection, dignity, and practical support when they need it most.

Meet the SNAP Gap Fundraiser
When SNAP Benefits End, Love Steps In
Thousands of Minnesota families — including nearly 1,900 right here in Carver County — are losing the food assistance they rely on. Together, we can fill the gap with love, essentials, and hope.
What’s Happening
When the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits changed on November 1, many households suddenly lost crucial support that helped them afford groceries.
Local food shelves are seeing surges in need — and Love INC is already feeling the ripple effect. Families are reaching out for essentials like diapers, cleaning supplies, and hygiene items that help stretch tight budgets for food and rent.
While we’re not a food shelf, we stand beside them — providing the non-food essentials that make daily life possible.
Every donation to the Meet the SNAP Gap Fund supports:
Diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies
Hygiene products for families and seniors
Gas and grocery gift cards for urgent needs
Household basics distributed through our partner churches and ministries
